IMPORTANT FACTS
☹Enemy #1: SUGAR
- Do not take anything that has to do with sugar because sugar is bad for you.

☹Enemy #2:  Processed Food
- These processed food contains SUGAR and CHEMICALS. For your liver to work, they have two functions; to burn off fats and to filter the chemicals. If you take in food with abundant chemicals, your livers concentrate so much on filtering the chemicals that they don't burn the fat off.

People always have a misconception that fats are bad. NOT ALL FATS ARE BAD! In fact, the right kind of fats increases your metabolism rate!
Right fats help burn fats
Wrong fats help store fats

So, what are right fats?
Right fats include real butter, whole eggs, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado and raw nuts.

And wrong fats include hydrogenated oil, canola oil, vegetable oil, margarine and substitute fake butter.
It is best to read the ingredients label before consuming something!

**Natural unprocessed fats are needed to help your body burn off fats.

☒ Packaged snack, microwavable meals, diet health bars AND soy products (yes, surprisingly!)
☑ Food with 1 ingredient, this include:
    ☑ Steak
    ☑ Chicken
    ☑ Fish
    ☑ Eggs
    ☑ Fruits and Vegetables
    ☑ Olive and Coconut oil
    ☑ Butter
    ☑ Rice
    ☑ Sweet Potato

ALWAYS REMEMBER!!!

1. It's the quality of food you're eating and the metabolism enhancing effect on your body
2. Calorie restriction may lead your body to a "starvation mode"
